● Improve gross and fine motor coordination and planning
● Regulate their sensory system to include tactile, proprioceptive, and vestibular processing
● Develop better social skills and emotional regulation
● Improve problem solving, sequencing, and organization.
● Increase confidence and self-esteem
● Develop adaptive coping strategies
● Decrease anxiety, frustration and impulsivity
Outdoor Group Sessions
We are excited to now offer group sessions with our program Unbridled Explorers. The focus of this program is to give children the opportunity to receive occupational therapy in an inclusive, outdoor environment with a small group of peers. Utilizing the countless benefits of being in nature, we use evidence-based therapeutic activities in combination with child-led play to improve each child's social, emotional, and physical well-being.
